Shep is playing and explaining the Kalimba, an african musical insrument Shep says he played the Jews Harp on the documentary of the Erie Canal (Shep did a documentary for NJPTV on the D&R Canal, but did not play Jews Harp and the show was aired June 30, 1974 AFTER this show) He demonstrates different models and methods of playing.
