Show Description
[ Courtesy: Ryan Priest - 03-06-2024 ] Three men have recently announced they are not running for the presidency, even though nobody asked them to. (Ironically, two them -- Goldwater and Rockefeller -- did indeed run for president in 1964.) Shep takes that as a queue to announce he will not be running. Due to the newspaper strike, Shep is reading anything he can get ahold of. He found a sports magazine article listing great underdogs...including Wilt Chamberlain and Ernie Banks. He noticed the use of "Orwellian" language in modern society. Love is hate, etc.
