Storyteller Jean Shepherd's voice lives on in the holiday movie classic "A Christmas Story," based on his childhood. His career however, was far bigger than modern audiences might remember, including a regular radio program, and numerous books and movies. Today we reflect on Shepherd's work and enjoy a live in-studio performance of songs from the musical adaptation of his Christmas classic. To date 48 other shows have been released from the collection of shows Shep had recorded especially for syndication, but which never aired.
