Notes: The July 4, 1964 and July 3, 1965 shows are Live at the Limelight shows and Shep tells an early version where Mr. Bruner knocks over the Dago Bomb. In July 1965 the same month as the Limelight show where he uses Mr. Bruner, the story is published in Playboy and Ludlow Kissel is used.
