Inducted November 5, 2005

Long overdue for being elected into the Radio Hall of Fame it was time for Shep to be inducted. I wrote a letter of nomination and brief biography to be submitted along with a copy of "A Voice in the Night", a special tribute which was co-produced by Harry Shearer at KCRW and Art Silverman at NPR. It aired on Dec 24th 1999 on KCRW. They both gave expressed their permission to send this tribute saying that Shep had a large effect on their careers.
